Role Description & Technical Scope

Le cabinet Balthazar Sélection recrute à Échirolles (38) un clerc de notaire ou notaire assistant spécialisé en droit de la famille. Vous prendrez en charge les dossiers de succession, leur ouverture jusqu’à leur règlement, et assurerez les actes de partage en relation étroite avec les clients et les intervenants (notaires, administrations, organismes financiers).

Une expérience en droit des successions est indispensable et une maîtrise des outils informatiques notariaux appréciée.
