Technical Packaging Designer – Global Markets

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Packaging Designer with strong creative skills and a solid understanding of packaging design principles, artwork adaptation and print production for global markets.

The role will involve working on global consumer healthcare brands, ensuring packaging is thoughtfully designed, crafted with precision, technically accurate and consistent across multiple markets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt packaging designs for global and regional markets
• Apply strong design principles, including typography, colour, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
• Translate creative concepts into technically accurate, production-ready packaging.
• Work across multiple packaging formats, SKUs and multilingual layouts.
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, print specifications and market-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with creative, production and client teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Training and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging design, ideally within FMCG or consumer healthcare.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of packaging design principles, visual communication and brand identity.
• Experience in global packaging adaptation and localisation.
• Good knowledge of print production, dyelines, colour management and prepress.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a creative eye and strong problem-solving skills.
