Lead the way at cardfactory, where special moments come to life.

As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all — guiding a team, shaping a positive culture, and creating a space where people feel supported, valued, and inspired.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

You’ll take the lead day to day — building a brilliant team, setting clear direction, and creating a workplace where people thrive. From hiring and coaching to merchandising and payroll, you’ll take ownership and make things happen.

You’ll also work closely with your District and Regional Managers, always looking for ways to grow, improve, and celebrate success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Inspiring presence - You lead by example and build a high-performing culture.
• People-first mindset - You coach, support, and help others grow.
• Strong communicator - You listen, speak clearly, and bring people together.
• Tech-savvy - Comfortable using systems to support daily tasks.
• Calm and adaptable - You stay focused and flexible under pressure.
