Role Description & Technical Scope

Merck Healthcare in Spain (Catalonia) is seeking an Agentic AI Platform Architect to design, implement, and operate a cloud-native backend platform that enables autonomous AI agents. You will write production code, build pipelines, deploy services, and guide a team across the globe.

You will own the platform architecture, work with EKS, Terraform, Helm, Argo CD, and GitOps, ensuring security, scalability, and operability. Strong AWS experience and IaC, plus GenAI familiarity, are essential.
