Abatec are currently recruiting for experienced Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Operatives to join our clients across the Weston-super-Mare and North Somerset area.

We are looking for candidates with previous warehouse experience, who are comfortable operating a Counterbalance Forklift and carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting.

Essential

requirements

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• In-date external Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous Counterbalance Forklift experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
• Able to work safely in a warehouse environment
• Available for immediate starts

Duties may include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock around the warehouse and yard
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Manual handling and heavy lifting
• Picking, packing and moving stock
• General warehouse duties
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

What we offer:

• £13.45 – £22.50 per hour, depending on the role and experience
