Role Description & Technical Scope

1st Central is seeking a Compliance Advisory Officer to join our Compliance team, based in Haywards Heath or Salford Quays. You’ll turn regulatory updates into practical guidance and support a strong compliance culture across the Group.

You’ll collaborate with the Compliance Advisory Manager, advise on FCA/GFSC matters, incident handling, horizon scanning and business projects while working flexibly across home and office environments.
