We seek an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join our Field Engineering team covering the South West, representing proAV and upholding high levels of customer service onsite and via remote support.
You will manage fault tickets, coordinate with clients, and contribute to maintaining SLAs and KPIs while delivering first-class technical support and driving service
