Role Description & Technical Scope
Sysdig, Inc. is seeking a senior technical support professional to join the Customer Reliability function, delivering expert troubleshooting and guidance for enterprise customers.
You will collaborate with the development engineering team to track escalations, bugs and feature requests, and lead internal training and knowledge-base initiatives. The role requires mastery of Kubernetes and Linux, scripting skills (Bash/Python), and strong experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
