Third Line Analyst

In this on-site role in Derby, you will support a highly secure, enterprise-scale environment across Windows and infrastructure technologies. You’ll resolve incidents, meet SLAs, and contribute to continuous improvement within a collaborative team. You’ll work directly with customers to understand requirements and shape delivery of Windows-based solutions. Your work will balance hands-on troubleshooting with proactive technical evolution, including out-of-hours on-call support. • DV clearance or SC clearance with eligibility for DV
• Experience in a third-line role in Managed Services with Windows Server focus
