We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to support its Media Operations, Governance & Data team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of media planning, product management, marketing analytics, and data governance, ensuring that critical media data and reporting solutions operate effectively across international markets.

Working with stakeholders across Europe, MENA, and Latin America, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing media planning and measurement processes that drive business decisions at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

Own and manage media data governance processes that support Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and performance measurement.

Lead validation and quality assurance of media data received from agencies and external partners.

Manage and optimise a business-critical Smartsheet-based media planning solution used for Global Media Reporting (GMR).

Prioritise bug fixes, enhancements, and user

requirements while coordinating with external development partners.

Gather

requirements from media, marketing, finance, and strategy teams and translate them into clear product specifications.

Drive process improvements, governance standards, and operational excellence across international markets.

Conduct data analysis to uncover insights that improve media planning and marketing effectiveness.

Manage stakeholder communications, project plans, business reviews, and reporting activities.What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering technology solutions end-to-end.

Strong hands-on experience with Smartsheet, including grids, formulas, automations, and user management.

Experience working with media planning, media buying, measurement, reporting, or marketing data platforms.

Experience operating within large, complex, global organisations.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Desirable Experience

Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) or media measurement expertise.

Data governance, taxonomy management, and data quality processes.

Experience managing agency data deliveries and external vendors.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
