Aperture is hiring a Creative Assistant to support our creative team and raise the quality of our output as we scale. You’ll work with the Creative Manager and performance teams to shape briefs, write hypotheses, and analyse what works across client accounts.
This entry-level role is trusted early on, with real responsibility, and a strong emphasis on taste, curiosity, and rapid learning. Remote-first culture with collaborative sessions in London from time to time.
