KFC Bristol on Winterstoke Road is seeking a Team Leader to be right there on the floor, guiding the crew, keeping service fast and guests happy. You’ll set the pace, lift the vibe and jump in to get every shift counting.
You’ll coach and develop your team, manage performance, coordinate stock and shift plans, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations even during busy periods. We value people who lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and bring energy and kindness to every service.
