Sales Consultant

Chase Taylor Recruitment is working on behalf of an established business within the home improvement sector to recruit a motivated and commercially minded Sales Consultant covering the Milton Keynes and Oxford areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to maximise their earning potential, build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth within the residential home improvement market.

The Role

• Develop and manage customer relationships across Milton Keynes, Oxford and the surrounding areas.
• Generate new business opportunities and maximise sales potential.
• Meet with homeowners to discuss their

requirements and recommend suitable home improvement solutions.

• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the deal.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and prospective customers.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous sales experience, ideally within home improvements, windows and doors, glazing, conservatories or the wider construction sector.
• Confident building rapport and developing customer relationships.
• Commercially driven, self-motivated and target focused.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

What's on Offer?

• Basic salary or retainer of £40,000–£45,000.
• On-target earnings of £80,000+.
• Territory covering Milton Keynes, Oxford and the surrounding areas.
