Production Operative
Role Description & Technical Scope
Our client in Middleton is looking to recruit a Production Operative for work based out of their manufacturing and distribution site
The work will involve:
- Light Assembly of Products
- Packing work
- Operating a Manual Press Machine to cut rubber and plastics
- Reading Orders to ensure right lengths being cut
- Updating Paperwork
- General Production Duties in other areas as needed
- Housekeeping Duties
- Further Training and progression onto different machines
The working times and pay:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time Role
- 07:30-16:00 and a 13:00 Finish on Fridays
- 37.5 Hours per week paid after breaks
- £12.71 p/h
- Temp to Perm role for suitable candidates
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Production/Manufacturing experience essential
- Assembly Experience needed
- Attention to Detail essential
- Candidates need to be physically fit for regular manual handling
- Comfortable with paperwork
