Senior DevSecOps Engineer

In this role you will lead security for the cloud platform, infrastructure, and production environments, driving resilience, security testing, and best practices. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to protect scalable cloud services used by AI and deeptech customers. The position offers impact through securing multi-tenant infrastructure and partnering with customers on security matters. This is a pivotal, growth-focused opportunity in a Cambridge-based hybrid setup.

• Lead security across cloud platform, infrastructure and production environments
• Drive resilience, security testing and implementation of best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and engage with key customers on security matters
• Work on secure multi-tenancy environments and related initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce security standards

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and securing platforms on AWS and other hyperscalers
• Programming experience for IaC in Python, Go, Bash or similar
• Deep understanding of IAM & identity federation
• Networking (VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, VPNs, private endpoints)
• Compute (Kubernetes, VMs, serverless)
• Storage & managed databases
• Cloud cost optimization and resource governance
• Able to troubleshoot problems in production and work with key customers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in secure multi-tenancy environments (desirable)
• HPC administration experience (desirable)
• SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS (desirable)
