Role Description & Technical Scope
Amplitude is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Majors (Enterprise) to own deployment, adoption and value realization across a portfolio of 20-30 accounts. You will drive deployment plans, coordinate internal and partner delivery, and manage risks to ensure timely outcomes.
You will lead executive reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with Account Executives on renewals. Fluency in English is required for this customer-facing role.
