• Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and user stories.
• Testing Support: Assist in UAT by validating solutions against requirements. Strong background in business analysis and process consulting.
• Hands-on experience with BPNM 2.0 frameworks.
• Ability to guide technical teams on user requirements and solution delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in creating process flows, documentation, and functional specifications.
