Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a large and varied portfolio of clients.
• Oversee the delivery of complex US and UK tax compliance work.
• Provide strategic advisory support to clients.
• Lead client relationships, ensuring high standards and managing expectations.
• Develop junior team members and contribute to the growth of the US practice.
• Oversee billing and identify opportunities for additional support.
• Work closely with Partners and Directors on advisory projects.
• Ensure all work aligns with internal quality and risk management procedures.
• Build strong relationships with intermediaries and professional advisers.

The Person:

• Ideally ATT or CTA qualified, with either an EA or CPA qualification.
• Significant experience in US/UK private client tax.
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Experience managing a client portfolio, covering both compliance and advisory work.
• Proven ability to lead and support team members.
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgement, and excellent organisation.
