Role Description & Technical Scope
Brownbill.com in Worcester is seeking a Female Support Worker to join a small care team looking after a 20-year-old with complex needs. You will work closely with the family and team leader to maximise her potential and wellbeing.
Experience in caring for young people is essential. A driving licence is required, and a DBS check will be pursued. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and sleep-ins, with pay at £14.20–£16.38 per hour depending on the shift.
