OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support a busy multi-site operation across Ireland. You will supervise the postroom, handle procurement, and assist with tender preparation and day-to-day facilities tasks.
Based in our Ireland offices, you will coordinate with regional and overseas teams, induct contractors, monitor room cleanliness, and help drive paperless processes while delivering reliable admin support and exceptional service to colleagues.
