Riporterà allo Store Manager e coordinerà il team per garantire una vendita guidata dalla customer experience, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e all'immagine del negozio.
Il candidato ideale ha esperienza nel retail, buone doti relazionali e una leadership carismatica, capace di motivare il team e formarlo su prodotto, PE, e gestione dello stock.
