Role Description & Technical Scope
Tavrion Dynamics is seeking fluent Italian speakers for our Social Media Customer Care team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will engage customers across social and digital channels, resolving queries and creating positive experiences.
The role requires eligibility to work in Portugal and full-time availability in Lisbon. We offer a 40-hour work week with 8-hour rotating shifts, a 12-month initial contract with renewal, and relocation support including flight reimbursement and language classes.
