Role Description & Technical Scope
AQEMIA in Paris and London is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Compute team to lead 5 engineers and scale the compute platform powering scientific simulations and ML workloads. You'll drive roadmap, partner with Product and Senior engineers, champion reliability, CI/CD, and IaC, while mentoring engineers and shaping a high-performance culture.
AQEMIA offers flexibility with up to two remote days per week and a fast-growing environment.
