Personal Assistant for Autistic Man | Driver (2-3 days)
Role Description & Technical Scope
UKCIL is looking for a Care Assistant to support an autistic man in the Castleside area of Consett. The role focuses on daily living support, companionship and helping him access the community and social activities at local venues such as libraries and clubs.
Training will be provided for autism; a DBS check will be paid by the employer. A driver with a clean licence and access to a car is essential. The role requires 2–3 days per week, 7–8 hours per day, at £13.50 per hour.
