Responsibilities

• 
  
• Preparing, processing, and monitoring quotations, orders, and deliveries in compliance with the established Sales Administration procedures.
  
• Preparing quotations for prospects.
  
• Collecting the necessary information to respond quickly to emails and/or customer requests.
  
• Providing support to customers and distributors.
  
• Assisting with the follow-up of deliveries for registered orders.
  
• Opening, monitoring, and filing customer records.
  
• Collaborating and interacting with the accounting, logistics, and IT departments as part of customer account follow-up.
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• You have initial significant experience in a similar position.
  
• You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.`
  
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork. xjncmbx
  
• You have already worked with an ERP and/or CRM system (preferably Salesforce and SAP).
