Role Description & Technical Scope
Goaco is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our UK team. You’ll provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for internal users and managed customers, assist with onboarding, and help deliver infrastructure and cloud solutions.
You’ll mentor junior engineers, contribute to service improvements, and work in a hybrid model with on-site days. Strong Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows Server skills are essential.
