Role Description & Technical Scope
St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust in West Kirby is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to help manage, install, maintain, and secure the curriculum and administrative ICT network across the trust. You will also assist IT support technicians in resolving issues.
You will lead the helpdesk, deploy and repair hardware/software, and work with the Trust Head of IT to implement ICT strategy, ensuring system availability and safety across sites.
