Training Coordinator

In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute training programs to bolster employee development and performance. You will work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver efficient, compliant training aligned with business goals. You’ll manage logistics, calendars, attendance, and reporting, while supporting onboarding and continuous program improvements. This position sits at the intersection of people support and operational training, enabling growth across the organization.

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars (virtual and in-person)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to organize programs
• Maintain training calendars and ensure timely participant communication
• Handle logistics including venues, materials, and setup
• Track attendance, completion, and feedback; generate training reports
• Assist in developing and updating training materials and documentation
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory training requirements
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Evaluate programs and recommend improvements based on metrics
