Harmonic Finance is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead how we hire across the UK and US. You will partner with the Head of People and senior leadership to shape and deliver talent strategy, building a pipeline for graduates to senior hires while expanding across London, Manchester and Boston.
You’ll be a senior, commercially minded leader with a track record of influencing at leadership level, building employer brand, and driving data-driven hiring decisions across locations.
