Role Description & Technical Scope
Placera Personal i Umeå söker en Debt Collection Officer som ansvarar för hela inkassoprocessen. Du har daglig kontakt med kunder och arbetar med åtgärder kring förfallna fakturor samt komplexa ärenden som avtalsavslut, konkurser och rekonstruktioner.
Du samarbetar med kollegor inom Risk, Operations och Sales och med nordiska kollegor i Norge och Finland. Rollen kräver god kommunikativ förmåga och noggrannhet, start 1 december 2026 och heltidsjobb.
