pThe Registered Nurse is responsible to assess and monitor medical concerns, review, provide nursing care to program participants, complete required documentation, provide in-services to staff, collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners, certify AMAP's, review and act on incident reports, provide on-call coverage and participate in Agency activities. /p h3Join the Upstate Caring Partners Team as a Registered Nurse /h3 ul liOpportunities available working with adult or youths. /li liMonday - Friday days only. /li liPaid Training /li /ul h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor and assess program participant’s medical concerns. /li liProvide routine and emergency nursing care to program participants. /li liProvide nursing and medical in-services to staff at ICF's, IRA's, and Day Treatment. /li liCollaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners on medical issues. /li liCertify and re-certify all AMAP's on an as needed basis. /li liReview and act on incident reports. /li liProvide on-call telephone coverage as needed. /li liComplete all required documentation and reports according to program regulations including program participants’ quarterly and annual medical reviews and charts. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAAS Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred /li liCurrent and valid NYS RN license. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /li liBasic Computer Skills (Windows, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel) /li liTravel is required.
