Role Description & Technical Scope
THE·TEAM is seeking a Director of Partnership Development to lead endorsement, sponsorship and marketing strategies for football clients from Milan. You will identify opportunities, negotiate deals and build a strong pipeline across brands and markets, reporting to senior leadership.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in sports marketing, deep industry relationships, and a track record of creating sustainable revenue growth for athletes and brands. English and Italian fluency are required.
