Senior Print Designer

As Senior Print Designer, you shape the RTW print and graphics for Stella McCartney across all seasons and special projects, partnering with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to drive fashion-forward concepts. You lead creative direction at season start, inject original print ideas, and ensure seamless development from sketch to production. You’ll travel to source trends and collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Fabric, Embroidery and Atelier. This role combines design leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced luxury environment.

• Research, direct and design RTW print & graphics concepts across seasons and special projects
• Collaborate with Design Director to develop seasonal creative concepts
• Develop overarching creative direction at season start and identify key print trends
• Bring original print ideas to keep collections fresh
• Work with Merchandising, Product Development, Fabric, Embroidery and Atelier to align on vision
• Drive fittings and ensure prints are defined and moved into development
• Coordinate with Product Development and Fabric to source materials and pass design details to factories for prototypes
• Follow critical path to meet deadlines and ensure timely product development
• Travel for inspiration and trend comparison in prints & graphics directions

• Previous experience in luxury design
• Ability to multi-task on several projects
