Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Resourcer or Recruiter who enjoys building relationships, uncovering talent and creating outstanding candidate experiences?

At Smile Education, you'll play a key role in building a community of education professionals who make a real difference in schools every day. Working alongside one of our top-performing consultants and a highly experienced Director, you'll help identify, attract and engage exceptional teachers and support staff across the Midlands.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and social media

Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies

Screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates

Headhunting passive candidates

Building long-term relationships and candidate communities

Managing registrations and compliance processes

Working closely with consultants to fill vacancies quickly and effectively

Delivering an exceptional candidate journey from first contact through to placement 

What We're Looking For

Previous recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing experience

Strong relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and influencing ability

Resilience and determination

High levels of organisation and responsiveness

A proactive approach and strong sense of urgency 

What You'll Get

£25,000 - £32,000 basic salary
