Futures Business Development Manager (Based in Korea, Taiwan, English/Chinese Region, CIS, Spain, France)

Source local crypto channels according to the platform's localization expansion plan.

Act as the primary contact person of the channel / KOL, responsible for related events, campaigns and feedback etc.

Work with growth operations team and channels/KOLs to design and execute suitable campaigns to acquire more users, increase conversions rate and trading volume.

Responsible for expanding local collaboration resources, performing business development, brand cooperation, resource exchange and other related matters.

Monitor and assess industry trends and customer drivers and discuss strategies with team lead and stakeholders on a regular basis.

Maintain existing channel / KOL relationships and ensure sound communication between both parties based on business progress.

Good business sense in crypto derivatives channel and strong KOL connections in crypto industry.

Familiar with Social Media Channels with their own cognition and unique insights into the content produced by KOLs.

Fluent in English & local language to communicate with local counterparts.

Having the crypto derivatives channel / KOL resources in crypto industry is preferred.

Have a deep understanding of cryptocurrency-related terms and trends, and enjoy crypto culture.

Ability to work flexible and extended hours to interact with the crypto community as often as possible.
