Trane Technologies, basé à Bagneux (Île-de-France), cherche un Responsable d’Equipe Opérationnelle F/H pour diriger une équipe de techniciens et atteindre les objectifs de service en respectant la politique HSE et la satisfaction client.
Profil: Bac+3 en génie climatique, 5–10 ans d'expérience technique CVC ou 2–5 ans en management, sens relationnel et anglais courant. Maîtrise d'Excel et collaboration avec les plannings et les achats.
