Role Description & Technical Scope
Thales, leader technologique, recrute un System Engineering Manager au sein du Centre de Compétences RADARS, à Élancourt (Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines). Vous pilotez une équipe d’ingénierie système radar, concevez et faites évoluer le produit existant, en collaboration avec la Business Line et les clients.
Vous définissez la stratégie de développement, organisez la co-ingénierie avec coopérants, garantissez les engagements et contribuez aux décisions techniques.
