Quantitative Developer, C++ - Trading Teams EMEA

In this Quant Developer role, you will strengthen Tower’s EMEA research framework by building and improving tools for research and live trading. You’ll work with a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to enhance a low-latency trading platform and backtesting capabilities. The role emphasizes scalable data processing, ML-driven optimization, and close on-site collaboration to accelerate research productivity. • Bachelor's, Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and OOP in C++
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Python and/or financial markets experience is preferred but not required
