Are you a Electronics CAD Technician with experience at team lead or supervisor level looking to step into a role with a bespoke electronics specialist with exciting projects in the renewables industry looking to take on full responsibility of their design department?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist company providing custom products to the electrical supply industries.

This is an opportunity to join a growing company at to work on unique hardware and software products designed by the Managing Director himself.

In this role

you will be working in their CAD department as the CAD Team Lead.

You will be a key member in the department and be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical schematics and general arrangements for bespoke projects.

You will be working closely with clients and other departments to understand technical requirements and support engineers through coordination, coaching and planning

This role would suit a CAD Engineer with Team Lead experience in Electronics looking to join a well-established company working with big clients on bespoke equipment and take on more responsibility.

The Role:

Support, manage and develop CAD Technicians on all levels

Plan team capacity while delegating and prioritising projects

Set team and individual targets

Monday - Friday (9am-5:30pm)The Person:

Team lead in a manufacturing setting

Experience in electronics and AutoCAD

Willing to commute to office in SouthamptonElectrical, Electronics, Team Lead, Training, Progression, Specialist, Panels, Hardware, Software, Instrumentation, Totton, Southampton, Lymington, Schematics, Design, Supervisor
