Senior Webflow Architect — Remote, Flexible Hours, PTO

• Lead full-cycle development of advanced Webflow projects for key clients
• Architect sophisticated CMS setups (complex collections, relations, filters, dynamic logic)
• Create modular component libraries and reusable architecture patterns
• Implement advanced interactions , animations, and motion (GSAP, Lottie, scroll effects)
• Drive performance to Core Web Vitals (PageSpeed 95+), technical SEO, and WCAG-level accessibility
• Integrate third-party APIs, backend tools, and no-code databases (Xano, Airtable, etc.)
• Participate in project scoping, accurate estimation , and cross-team communication (designers, PMs, clients)
• Support mid/junior developers and elevate team standards, workflows, and innovation

who are you?

Webflow & technical knowledge

• 4+ years of hands-on Webflow experience with production client work
• Expert command of Webflow: complex CMS, custom attributes, overcoming platform constraints
• Proven history delivering enterprise-grade, scalable sites (beyond landing pages)
• Strong systems thinking: architecture-first approach (Client-First, Lumos or custom), clean naming, and maintainable structures at scale

• Webflow API, Code Components (React-based via DevLink), or webhooks
• AI tools for workflow efficiency
• Experience with funded SaaS/startup clients in English
