Role Description & Technical Scope
Engenious is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support SAP CX Platforms (C4C, Commerce, CPQ) in Kraków. You will handle 1st/2nd level support, monitor performance, and coordinate external developers to drive automation and data quality across SAP C4C, Commerce, and CPQ.
You will work with key users, gather requirements, ensure proper documentation, and create performance dashboards to guide decisions.
