Experience with Direct Procurement (e.g. raw materials)

Public Sector Procurement experience (ideally PA 2023, PCR 2015 will work)

NEC 3/4 would be great

Minimum 5 years experience with setting up category strategies, sourcing strategies, tender documentation and route to market
