Role Description & Technical Scope
Dandy is seeking a Business Development Manager to hire, manage, and scale the BDR team as it enters a new growth phase. You will report to the General Manager of Southern Europe and shape the US market outreach strategy.
The role requires 4+ years in sales within a high-growth startup and at least 2 years of team leadership for five or more reps. English and Spanish proficiency are essential; occasional travel up to 25% is expected, including to the USA.
