Nestlé España S.A. busca un Especialista Senior en Relaciones Laborales para asegurar la correcta aplicación de la legislación laboral, de Seguridad Social y de prevención de riesgos en la unidad de Recursos Humanos, asesorando a Line Managers, HRBP y CoE y participando en negociaciones colectivas.
La posición implica gestionar conflictos laborales, preparar dictámenes y coordinar procedimientos con el HRBP y el HR Line Manager, además de representar a la compañía ante organismos y foros
