As Operations Specialist at ASM, you will support and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. • Execute and support daily operational activities to ensure business continuity and service delivery
• Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collect, analyze, interpret and publish operational data and performance metrics
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on operational performance
• Support operational projects, system implementations, and organizational initiatives
• Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables
• Assist with change management activities and user adoption efforts
• Coordinate testing, training, and process documentation for new initiatives

• Bachelor in Business Administration
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, logistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or operational management systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
