Role Description & Technical Scope
Capital One Europe is seeking a seasoned AML and sanctions compliance professional for a Principal Associate role in Nottingham. The role sits within the UK AML and Sanctions Compliance function, reporting to the UK MLRO, and involves end-to-end control over onboarding through transaction monitoring in a hybrid work setup.
You will design risk-based processes, ensure regulatory alignment, and provide coaching to improve SAR quality while coordinating across first- and second-line teams.
