<p class="text-muted mb-3">This defence firm seeks a talented software vulnerability researcher to assess critical systems and develop novel cyber defence techniques. You will develop proof-of-concept demonstrators and research the connections between software, hardware, infrastructure and user interactions to identify and understand vulnerabilities. <li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Good knowledge of how software and hardware interact at a low-level e.g. drivers, firmware, embedded systems, etc.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Fluent programmer in C, C++ or Python.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>STEM degree from a top university.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>UK nationality, for security reasons.</span></li>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Additional knowledge or expertise in reverse engineering, cyber-physical systems, networking and network protocols, or virtualisation and containerisation is desirable but not essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be working full time at their state-of-the-art office and labs located south of Cambridge with on-site parking. Instead, you’ll be working alongside engineers and scientists with various specialties providing unique opportunities for learning as well as a formal mentorship programme.</p>
