Your Impact

As Sr. Manager Retail & Partnerships Design, you will create and translate distinctive brand experiences across retail environments, pop-ups, activations, partnership events and other physical spaces. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on creative practice, you will transform brand strategies, channel ambitions and consumer needs into compelling spatial experiences that strengthen engagement and brand equity.

Your Responsibilities

• Design experiences across the full retail spectrum, including flagships, boutiques, islands, pop-ups, activations and partnership events.
• Translate brand strategies, customer journeys and experience briefs into impactful spatial concepts and design solutions.
• Develop creative concepts through spatial design, visual storytelling, sketching, visualization, graphics, materials and sensory cues.
• Ensure consistent and inspiring brand expression across physical environments while adapting global assets to local markets and cultural contexts.
• Define and evolve design principles, frameworks and best practices across channels and formats.
• Lead external agencies and specialist partners while maintaining design intent from concept to execution.
• Collaborate closely with brand, channel and commercial teams to deliver seamless end-to-end consumer experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, making clear creative decisions and solving design challenges effectively.
• Drive high standards of design quality, attention to detail and customer experience across all touchpoints.

Who We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in retail, experiential, spatial, environmental or event design within a global brand, consultancy or agency.
• Proven track record of developing physical experiences from concept through implementation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, design craftsmanship, spatial storytelling and consumer-centric design.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with active hands-on creative contribution.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, agencies and specialist partners.
• Strong understanding of visual communication, graphic systems, layouts and spatial storytelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, work autonomously, solve complex challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working across global markets, teams and cultures.

Technical Skills

• 3D modelling and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD or similar.
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and related tools).
• AI-enabled creative, visualization and ideation tools.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation storytelling.
• Ability to communicate ideas through sketches, renders, visualizations and presentation materials.
