Verisure cerca un Team Leader Telesales da inserire nella sede di Roma. Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 12 mesi, RAL 24.000 su 14 mensilità, con bonus legato agli obiettivi. Livello CCNL Istituti di Vigilanza Privata.
La figura coordinerà gli operatori telesales, gestirà l'organizzazione quotidiana e supporterà il raggiungimento dei target grazie a formazione continua e monitoraggio delle performance. Orario 9-21, 40 ore settimanali.
