• Monitoring and improving production processes
• Ensuring stable operations in manufacturing
• Evaluating process and production data
• Defining tolerances and intervention limits
• Creating and maintaining run cards and documentation
• Analyzing cycle times and scrap rates
• Deriving and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations
• Supporting internal complaint handling (in cooperation with Quality Assurance)
• Training and instructing employees on machines and equipment

• Technical education (technical school or vocational school) or several years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Flexibility, resilience, and strong communication xysqume skills
• Good German and Italian language skills

• Starting salary from €35,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement
  
• Shift work is compensated with an additional allowance
  
• Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
